

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% is due when your order is placed (this will secure your date and order). Your deposit is your retainer fee, once an order is placed, the ball is rolling and supplies are being ordered, this then becomes nonrefundable. Your remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before your event (this must be paid before your order is picked up or delivered). If you are placing an order less than 5 days ahead or your total is less than $50, full payment is required ( the deposit no longer applies).
PICKUP/DELIVERY
All orders must be picked up/delivered by 12 noon (unless otherwise discussed) on the day of your event. Delivery is an additional charge of $15.00 ( this can increase depending on location). I have 2 location options for pickup. If you choose to pickup from either one of these locations, a delivery fee will not be applied. Please note a delivery fee will be applied if your order is not picked up from either of my 2 designated locations. Once your order is picked up/deliveried, we are no longer responsible for your Frosted Treats. A signature will be required at time of pickup or delivery.
PAYMENT
We accept Cash, Credit Cards and PayPal payments. For safety reasons we no longer accept cash on delivery.
